昨日BBCニュースで" Japan quake: Inside the evacuation zone" という記事を読みました。福島第一原発の20-30キロ圏内住んでるSaito Daiさんが現地の現状について書かれた記事です。
こういう記事は何故、日本語で報道されてないのか？？
日本全国の人に知らせるべき事について書かれているのに、何故、Mayumi Geaterさんに協力してBBCで英語で報道されてるのに、
日本語では報道されていないかと疑問があって、（ツイッターで）Mayumi Geaterさんに直接連絡して、日本語にしてほしい！！というリクエストをしました。BBCで報道されてるなら、全世界の（せめて英語がわかる）人々が読めるという事になってるのです。
全世界の人々を日本の現状を知らせるのが重要なのですが、もっとも重要なのは、
現地の方々、日本の人たちに情報を与える事なんでしょう！

BBC has been good about telling the world what happened and it has been easy for me to keep informed about what is going on in Japan with BBC as my home page.
some some interviews with people who are survivors didn't make it seem as though there was a problem with news reaching any areas of the Home Islands.
perhaps they feel it best not to give them more worries than they already have and are confident things are well in hand.
I hope that is the case.
